❖General terms❖
❖ The artworks do not have a defined delivery time, if the client needs the art with urgency, they may establish a deadline (the job can be refused in
cases of short deadlines).❖ If the client posts the delivered artworks on any social media, they MUST give credits for the artist.-What i do: character design, ref-sheets, png-tubers, simple weapons/guns, many characters together, slightly NSFW, blood, simple backgrounds, anime, cartoon & chibi art style.-What I don't: Vtuber models, complex weapons/guns, explicit NSFW, extreme kinks, gore, complex backgrounds, realistic/semi realistic art style.
❖About payment❖
❖ Will be accepted payment through:
- PayPal & Wise for USD.
- PicPay, MercadoPago & PIX for BRL.❖ The payment will be made in 2 halfs (50% of the final value after the sketch approval, 50% during
the art delivery).❖ Character designs may have price changes depending on the complexity of the design.❖ Changes after the sketch approval will be
charged (the value will change depending on the complexity of the changes).❖ Will be charged a 30% tax for commercial use of the artworks.
❖About Refund❖
❖ If the client asks for a refund, it will be refunded
a percentage of the final value of the artwork (depending on how advanced the progress of the artwork is).❖ If the artist decides to discontinue the artwork,
it will be refunded the full value of the artwork.
❖About Delivery❖
❖ The art can be delivered through email or google drive file, the client can decide❖ The artist has no responsibility for keeping the artworks archives with him, the client must save the archives to avoid file loss.
